provide you with our services. Your data will also be used to manage future communications

I will only use data for the purpose for which it is collected and will only grant access to that data to
a third party if I am legally obliged to do so or in the case of a referral only with your express
permission.
Data records will be kept for 7 years in a locked filing cabinet or data storage system, and destroyed thereafter.
